Terms of service

By using Clinovia, you agree to these terms. Clinovia is a technology platform — the clinics and doctors listed on it are independent healthcare providers responsible for the medical care they give; we're not a healthcare provider ourselves.

Patients and clinic staff using Clinovia agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate name, phone number, and appointment information.
• ✓Keep account credentials confidential and tell us about any unauthorized access.
• ✓Use the platform only for genuine bookings, queue management, and reviews of doctors you've actually visited.

Clinics pay a monthly subscription (Starter, Growth, or a negotiated Custom plan). A new clinic's first calendar month is free — billing starts the month after signup. Each month's payment is due between the 1st and the 5th; a clinic account that isn't paid by then may be taken offline (hidden from patient search) automatically until payment is made. This can also be adjusted manually by a platform admin at any time.

A clinic can stop using Clinovia at any time by contacting us — there's no lock-in contract. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses patient data, or is used for fraudulent bookings.
